Traveling back in time?

According to my computer I am posting this at 4:18 PM but after posting it will show a post time of 3:18. How do I do that?

Nomad posts are in GMT. 4:18 PM (16:18) = 3:18 GMT. Or military time as some call it.

Either that or it's a time warp:lol::lol::lol:

Go to your Control Panel (in blue text, top-right of Nomad page) and make any changes to how you view this site... number of posts you want to see per page, time, signature links, etc.

GMT or Greenwich Mean Time .....If Bob was posting at 4:18 his local time, the GMT would be the 0018, or 18 minutes past midnight on the following day. See the attached chart on this link:

http://wwp.greenwichmeantime.com/time-zone/usa/pacific-time/...

Military time is based on a 12 hour clock converted to a 24 hour format. "Most" miitary activities use "local" time, however "Zulu" time (or Greenwich Mean Time) is a constant and is used to ensure coordination across time zones or in different countries:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tBuUUBrC9eQChicag

As I was walking down the street one day
A man came up to me and asked me what
The time was that was on my watch, yeah...And I said

(I don't) Does anybody really know what time it is
(Care) Does anybody really care (about time)
If so I can't imagine why (Oh no, no)
We've all got time enough to cry

And I was walking down the street one day
A pretty lady looked at me
And said her diamond watch had stopped cold dead...And I said

(I don't) Does anybody really know what time it is
(Care) Does anybody really care (about time)
If so I can't imagine why (Oh no, no)
We've all got time enough to cry

And I was walking down the street one day
Being pushed and shoved by people trying to
Beat the clock, oh, no I just don't know
I don't know, and I said, yes I said

(Background:)
People runnin' everywhere
Don't know where to go
Don't know where I am
Can't see past the next step
Don't have time to think past the last mile
Have no time to look around
Just run around, run around and think why

(I don't) Does anybody really know what time it is
(Care) Does anybody really care (about time)
If so I can't imagine why (Oh no, no)
We've all got time enough to die
Everybody's working (I don't) I don't care (About time)
About time (Oh no, no) I don't care

We don't stop playing because we grow old;
we grow old because we stop playing

Good Timing

Years back, working late shift and clearing trouble tickets on the Business Office recording line, I would (when possible) clear the ticket as of 0001 hours because it had a tendency to confuse some of the Data Input clerks responsible for entering them into the central computer.

One of those little things to laugh over.
