| I'm a BIG Wiener at the San Felipe Casino!!!

Went to El Cortez for an early dinner on the patio and then slipped over to the new Casino to, check it out!

Bought in with 200 Pesos and walked out with 860 Pesos after about a half hour of play.

We have also had good luck at the new casino, have mixed emotions about it though .... Not the winning part, just the casino being there. Miss the
good old Caliente... Love to bet the ponies or dogs and enjoy a cold one. There's a sport book in the casino but its not the same feel... They do have
the best bathroom I have ever seen in Baja !!!!

Here in La Paz, after years of polemic the casinos somehow quietly slipped in without community debate and now there are 5 of them and possibly
increasing. From what I hear, locals are gambling themselves to zero, walking out the door and hocking anything they have up to their homes, to
convenently located scalpers, and heading back in to lose it all.

Major problem, since the local officials who should be controlling this, probably have $trong personal motivation to not do so.

Actually I am a long time Black Jack player and over the years I have become a bit of a machine. When I see my 2 cards and the dealers up card, I do
my thing. If you play by the rules of a BJ system you will win more hands than you will lose.

When you deviate or start getting greedy by throwing bigger bets down ,things tend to go down the drain.

On my way to Vegas this week I hope I can continue my streak
