David K
I have never had any problem with your ideas, but what I will never allow is my land to be used as drug unloading ground and I will never allow organiuzed crime to just commit crimes thorugh their surrogates the Estate policeman brass with impunity.

Businss have been low for the last few years and we had no tourismand notourism for Mulege as a whole not only for me, but now it is going up and I am working on big plans fo my property.
Olivia can stay there or not, she is of absolutely no importance to me now as long as she do not deal in drugs near my property.

I am alive, at least I think so and if your source is Eddie, you must know that he since he became a junky on Olivia’s drugs, he is most of the time crazy and incoherent; at least anybody know you cannot believe him on any serious matter even when he is friendly, because if you believe him, then you believe he is working for the Mexican president and the Federal police, his favorite illusions.

Just for the record:

You also claimed that neither you nor your people would be doing jail time. And they did.

You also claimed that Mark and Olivia would be behind bars. And they're not.

You don't seem to have a very good record in predicting things.

Skipjakjoe

Sorry but you are as very often wrong, my people never served any time in jail, they were detained illegally and released for the intervention of the Federal judge who found the charges unfounded.

In fact at this time the then Estate District attorney now Este Police director and the Mulege district attorney now for other causes being also prosecuted for organized crime ties, are being prosecuted for 6 counts of kidnapping, robbery with violence, abuse of official power and several other crimes while my people was exonerated of all crimes.

They were charged by the Estate pólice serving as Olivia surrogates and the charges were:
Stealing my hotel from Olivia.
Having illegal fire arms.
Belonging to Organized crime.

They were put in Arraigo, not jail and the arraigo now has been dropped from legal actions allowed to police because it was allowing action like the one perpetrated against my people and that is putting people in jail without a change.

They were deprived of their freedom for 30 days without a legal charge and then they were charged with those ridiculous charges.

Stealing my hotel from Oliva is impossible because Olivia did not show any property paper in fact she is at this time in court trying to get my hotel the same way they got 3 houses, but now my attorneys are aware of their tactics and will certainly fail. But being in court asking for that mean my people was unable to steal it from her a fact that was immediately recognized bu the federal judge and the charge dropped.

Having illegal fire arms: The weapons to protect my hotel were purchased legally from the Army, transported top my hotel by the Army and had every needed permit so the Federal judge dropped the charges at once.

Belonging to Organized is a crime that needs a crime being committed and since my people were never charged with any crime, it was completely unfounded and recognized by the Federal judge.

So my people walked without a single charge and it is public knowledge that they were detained to allow for a drug unloading in Olivias place 3 days after their detention, in other words, my people were deprived illegally from their freedom, by the Estate Police to allow Olivia to unload drugs in front of my hotel, they were affecting their common business.

This ties between the Estate Police and organized crime was also denounced in Bajas newspapers and in this forum, confirming that Estate Police was helping organized crime denounced by the Estate policeman themselves.

All this is now the new Federal Police knowledge; they are getting ready to clean the whole Baja South Estate from official and selling burgers crooks.
If you investigate a little, you will find that the new Federal delegate to fight crime is a black belt in Karate and was my mentor so I have been able to reach in to the highest police places to inform on Olivia’s illegal activities in Baja.

Now she in under investigation by SEIDO, Policia Judicial Federal Militar and others and of course we are checking very often how the case is going and believe me, they are uncovering very high official ties that will become public very soon.

I a strange situation, Olivia being prosecuted for selling a proteted specie in her restaurantas soup, is free beause the pólice were unable to show the ADN from the specific turtle killed by her and that because he proof was stealed from evidence deposit.

Olivia and her employee were sentenced to 6 years in jail butnever served a day in jail because the olice have been unable to findher to notifyher that she have to start serving the sentence; very starnge that every Nomad kow were to find her except the Estate Pólice dont you think????????

So following a very simploe logic tha your brain need, who do you think belong to Organized crime????????:?:

To All Nomads
Do Olivia and all her actions and connections sound like an old lady in a very far away lonely beach selling just hamburgers to passing by Nomads????????????????

Clearly Olivia belong to Organized Crime unloading drugs in Baja and only her surrogates keep defending her.

while a lot of nomads mail me to tell me hat I need to keep going here, something that you have noticed I was forgetting.

To people who is saying here that Maria Elizabeth Espinoza Montaño and Alan Perez Rivera are in jail for selling drugs:

Maria Elizabeth is in Cabos tending to her properties and have returned to the hotel several times bringing investors and she wil be there again next week to bring the new hotel tenders.

Mario Alan Perez Rivera is working in Puebla on security matters for other people but he is clearly not in jail.

When people lie, mean they are liars and we have demotrated again and again that people lie here, just make your own opinión about who.

Nice hotels in good locations with good management are having trouble making a profit in Baja Sur. What possible return could an investor in that poorly located dump of a hotel expect to realize?

JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE DISTRITO

Lista del acuerdo publicado el día 21 de abril del 2014
Principal 762/2012 Rafael MUñoz Martinez Juez Mixto de Primera Instancia Santa Rosalia B.C.S. 15/04/2014 Sentencia Unico LA JUSTICIA DE LA UNION AMPARA A LA PARTE QUEJOSA

This mean, that the Federal Justice protected me against the arbitrary actions commited by the South Baja Estate authorities.
Also this mean, that the South Baja Estate Authrities are now open for a civil lawsuit for damages to my name and hotel and we estimate the damages over 100 million dollars.
This also mean that all the potos pulicly displayed here, are now proof that the Estate commited a crime of authority abuse against me and my hotel.
Well. this mean, that we have justice in Mexico, even if it Works slowly.:fire:

Now the Estate authorities and the citizens that elected are going to have to pay a very big amount in damages, since the Federal authorities found all the acusations groundless.

Well, it's an excellent lesson in the "judicial reform" of Mexico, if nothing else.
