They are up and running but for the week I was there (they had just opened) they were only offering their basic menu of great burgers and wings. Travis is still in the process of getting his BBQ up and running for drunk chicken, etc but is kind of at the mercy of his welder. The new location is awesome and he should do well. He has a counter with seating out on the side walk which offers one of the best places in La Paz to watch the sunset with an ice-cold glass of Modelo Negro.

A "Like" button would be in order right about now!
Congratulations, transplanted Mulegino family!

Same restaurant, new location.

Right on the malecon just before Allende. (Old location was 2 blocks up on Allende). Almost directly across the street from the mermaid and dolphin statue.

Looks like one question might be they don't know about The Shack.

The Shack was a burger place under the bridge in Mulege for awhile, don't know if that is his original location. Good burgers and once a week coconut shrimp if I remember. A couple of years or 3 back he (Travis) closed and moved to LaPaz on a street that I don't remember the name.. He had live music and me thinks open mike nights... Now he is on the malecon and still serves up some pretty darn good vittles... If you are in the mood for burgers, drunken chicken and maybe other goodies...
Its worth the effort to try it out...

Thanks for the background information. How neat to see someone moving in the right direction and fulfilling his dream. We will def stop by next time we go to La Paz!

Is Travis Mexican? American? Just curious is all.
