Thanks Ken, interesting map.
Option 3 works for me. I take Calle Segunda from the toll road because of the Ave. Internacional east bound construction, which looks like is
progressing smoothly. I usually take Ave. Internacional westbound. I cross a couple of times a month.

Yes, the old Padre Kino trick is long gone.
You don't have to go all the way back to the glorieta down Paseo Centenario, though. You can make any right turn onto a street and it'll take you to
VRO.
