Finally got the last word on all the doctor stuff yesterday. I'm packing the new car now and I'm in a pretty damn good mood finally for my trip home tomorrow. The ribs are still a bit sore but no pain pills for the last two or more weeks. The car insurance for the roll over has been a pain. I have to go to the minister publico to release the junk car before they'll continue the claim work. Might stop in San Quitin in the morning or go to La Paz later. What a hassle.
If the rain don't stop me I'm hoping to be home before dark tomorrow. Still a little freaked out about driving Mex 1 but after TJ I should get back in the grove and I'll be a lot more aware of my lousy driving skills going down.

Good to see you moving on, Russ. Take it nice and easy. No reason to rush things.
If you have any problems around Ensenada, call me. I'll u2u my phone number. It's a landline.

Great news that you're headed home. Two days down wouldn't hurt, no point in rushing it.

Will be following how your auto insurance issues play out.

Take care on the drive home.

Good news for all of us. And I agree with Ken. No need to make a marathon of the trip.

Got home at 5 PM I'm mostly thrilled except for it's hot. I'll finish unloading the car tomorrow. Right now the AC is really nice.
