La Paz - Looking for a Honda PWC dealer or repair facility

The wear ring on my impeller housing has swollen due to corrosion and needs to be replaced. Does anyone know of a shop that can order this part for me. Ideally in La Paz but I can also drive to Cabo if necessary.

Call Sea Otter Jim in La Paz 612 139 3801, or email him at seaotterjim@hotmail.com. He's a good marine mechanic and can order Honda parts. I've been using him for 15 years and have been really happy with his work.

Thank you. I have sent an email since it is Sunday night and I am sure he is spending time with his family so I don't want to bug him with a work issue. If he doesn't reply I will try his phone number.

Thank you for the response. "Por Ellas" is holding a 35km open water relay swim on Oct 12 to raise money for breast cancer and I have promised the ski to help guide the swimmers. I'm doing everything I can to have it ready for them.

If your contact above doesn't work out, there is a Honda dealer in La Paz.
We had work done there on our CR-V last year, and they were quick and honest.
I wish I could remember where they were located, I think it was on 5 de febrero.
I googled it, and couldn't find an address.

Thank you Paula. That will be my first stop tomorrow. Jim responded but doesn't work on PWC's.

If you can do the work yourself, you can always order the part from the states and have it sent to an expediter like ACV at the border, and they will deliver it in 2-3 days.

I had the Honda dealer in La Paz rebuild my old 45 HP 4 stroke. Ruben is the mechanic that does the work and his shop is at a different location than the actual dealership. Does good work at good rates.
