Funny Steve, I was scratching my head reading the subject thinking, how on earth are they going to get enough windsurfers over to the Pacific side, and to La Purisima at that! And, so far to the beach! :( Who's idea was THIS???:lol:

I hope you find the wine.

I heard yesterday the road between Comondu and La Purisimo is very bad.
4 X 4 only.

Will be driving it the end of this month to check for the mule ride from Ranchito outside of Mulege to San Javier the end of November - 1st of Dec.

We are planning on a 4 or 5 day mule ride to the festival.

I'm riding from San Jose del Cabo Nov 1ish w Trudi to arrive in time for the SJ Cabalgata Dec......have not been to the Comondus or LP for over 12 yrs...but have ridden ecr down in to the Comondus and LP many yrs ago on the way to Guajademi and it is probably one of my most incredible parts of el camino real....the trail is worn so deep after over 300 yrs of mule feet that the sides are almost at thigh ht. Very special place......see ya in SJ and then riding on to La Purisima...:bounce:
