The house is 100 yards from the Mulege river. Back a few streets. Does not get damaged from flooding. Just needs cleanup. Well maintained. Let me
know if you want to see photos.

On a brighter note, rumor has it that 2 dams will be built in the valley to control flooding.

willy.....not holding my breath on the dams being built soon. Rumor also has it that Mexico wants to sell Baja to the U.S.
