I don't disagree much with your statement. I stay at the Travelodge next door and walk down to get dinner. The first time I was amazed. Tacos with meat and cheese? That's it? No lettuce? No tomatoes. Very little taste. I had heard this place was epic and was disappointed. On top of that the customer service is horrible. It took me a while to figure out my favorite -- Bean and Cheese a Rice Burrito with a side of Guac. Still, it's doesn't warrant the lines outside.

Tito's Tacos in Culver City? Hmmmm.

For those of you not familiar with L.A., Tito's is a longstanding Mexican-American fast food joint just off the 405 in Culver City that for some inexplicable reason always seems to have a line of customers. Greasy beef tacos with iceberg lettuce and cheddar cheese. I just don't get it, especially with so much good Mexican food to be had in the same area (e.g., Mariscos Chente, El Jacalito, Tacomiendo, Taqueria Sanchez, etc.).

Mood: Enjoying Life with Wife In Mexico, Easy on The Easy

[*] posted on 11-6-2013 at 10:12 PM

I was talking with a waiter at a popular bar/cafe in Rosarito and he told me he is a waiter at the "Gay Bar" in Rosarito at night. I asked him if he participated in the lifestyle and he said "No"but that "Gays" tip very good!! LOL The other workers at the bar just shook their heads and he again said I don't care what they do with their lives not my business. However, he ended saying he loves the money he makes working there and the people coming in there do not give him a bad time.

I am conservative in most aspects of my life. However, I also believe what people do is their business as long as it doesn't harm others or kids!! So, different strokes for different folks but for me it has to be a female not just some of the time but ALL the time!! LOL

I don't worry about being around gay people, as I have friends that some of their relatives are gay. Now, I would like to point out that being gay doesn't define who they are, heck some of them are more conservative than Rush.

When I go see my doctor in HillCrest, I like to go to MO's for lunch or breakfast since it has the best food around. Now, at night time it changes into drag type shows and everything else that goes with it according to my friend's brother that is gay. I don't let the gay thing keep me from enjoying the great food served there at great prices along with fast service! I also like the Bakery on the same street next to MO's. Easy on the Easy, Live and Let Live. Now, there is just too much FUN IN LIFE to let the small stuff take up my time worrying about things that really don't affect me. Take Care & Travel Safe----- "No Hurry, No Worry, Just FUN' bajafun777

I do not have experience with "gays" anywhere except for an unfortunate (for me) encounter with a "Gay Pride" parade in downtown San Francisco near Union Square.

Too many of the participants were in-your-face aggressive. I hauled my new coat to the BART station only to find two, er, friends, strategically situated on the platform exchanging tongues, with hands down the others pants.

Yes I know I will find similar behavior at the city council meeting, the PTA or a VFW meeting. So I really need to work on my "feelings" about how I interpreted what I saw that day. This of course certifies me as a redneck homophobe.

In my case, I mostly stay out of San Francisco and have done so for many years--------I don't need to see stuff like that. Too bad because it is a beautiful city, with great food, but hey, who needs THAT kind of in-your-face wierd stuff in their life. I can't really say it upsets me, but I know I would rather not see it, so I don't go there--------I am not big on Halloween-addicted-adults, either, for roughly the same reasons. It's all very strange to me. :O

Yeah.....San Francisco is over run with all those queers.

It's like EVERYBODY in SF is a homo or a lezzie just fornicating all the time all over the place....and they all probably want to steal our children and brainwash them into this lefty commie mindset so they can abuse them.

I'm sick of all this crap where people can do that even in the privacy of their own homes.

You never see normal people kissing, hugging, or twerking in public.

Why can't everybody just be like me?

:lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

Hmmmmm, now THAT is a strange over-reaction. I did not hear ANYBODY say what you say here-------only what our true feelings were. I don't really care what the gays and lesbians do as long as it's not in-my-face (like they often DO do in SF), so I stay away---------you apparently have a problem with my feelings and actions, and THAT is YOUR problem.

By the way, what's "twerking"??

Years back, and I've been told not much has changed, Santa Rosalia was like a Poodle Show. Prissy little men prancing around everywhere.....especially at the hotel.
I'm also told that Mulege has taken their overload and now they're sashaying all over the place there.

Jeeezo....there goes the species. Sea turtles will make a comeback and take over the Baja. :O

Are there gay turtles?

Dennis, if there are, they rapidly become "there used to be".

Not for nothing does the term "Breeders" exist.

That place is indeed THE GRINDS. You'd have to add PEPE'S to that list, though.

What an interesting thread. Dennis, clearly you're not gay, so how the EFF would you know if someone is born gay or not?

You have no clue, and you have no interest in figuring out the truth (which requires acceptance and understanding of another human being's views and experiences). I EFF my wife all the time - and there's no way in HELL I'm doing it for another kid - two is MORE than enough. So I guess you could say I do it for the orgasm. And, by your logic, I guess you could say I'm gay. Cool.

PS - where's Skeet when you need him? We need some REAL gas on this fire.

Show me the truth. I want to know the truth. Give me a reference that isn't written and supported by rainbow flag wavers.
Since you know, as you say, I have no clue,.....that means you must. Put it up here....or forever hold your peace.....or piece, as you reference your wife for reasons of distancing yourself from gay labels. [ I EFF my wife all the time]

No. I'd just say you don't have a clue as to how to stage an argument.

Clue [1]----Start with facts. Sometimes they're irrefutable.
