soccer in Baja

When I'm not following the Red Sox, I'm a soccer (football) fan, and support Liverpool in the English Premiere League and Real Madrid in the Spanish Liga. I know that Mexico has many professional teams, but that most of them are on the mainland. Are there any in Baja of note? They don't have to be top flight - just looking for some good entertainment.

I've been to several Xolo's matches - worth every penny. I have been to matches in several countries and the Mexican's are the BEST at putting on a good show. I was at Azteca Stadium last month for the Mexico v. New Zealand. The Xolo fans definitely out shine their big city cousins.

BTW - may as well give up on Liverpool this year...go Gunners!!
