Use Otay and try and get around the traffic by using the 125 (if you have a Fastrak) or by using La Media Rd. If you must cross at San Ysidro,
approach from the 805, which comes in from the right and will be furthest from the left-lane closures.

Crossed southbound from I-5 today at noon. Lanes were restricted but no delay at all. Got the green light at border for the 22nd straight time and did
NOT get waved over by aduana for the first time since El Chaparral opened.

Came back across north at 3:15 and traffic was starting to back up southbound.

They have closed a few lanes on the 805 south connector so not sure how much better that will be. We will not be crossing in afternoon this week.

Border wait north was zero minutes.

 Viva Sentri!

 YMMV.

805 was also down to 1 lane but at 2PM no wait at all. So I-5 had 3 lanes closed, 805 had 3 lanes closed, only 2 lanes were open. I suspect there will
be quite a back up later, but again at 2PM------- NO PROBLEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 Go to this link--- http://traffic.calit2.net/border/border-crossing-wait-times....

Then click on the camera icon for Tijuana. The first view is the view looking north into the USA. You can see that both freeways are 1 lane and it`s
backed up as far as you can see (4:30PM).

Went south at 4pm and found 1 mile back up with one lane open on the 805. It looked like there were 3 lanes open on I 5.

Went back northbound at 6 and the southbound sides were backed up 2 miles. I was on my motorcycle so I don't know how long the cattle drive took.
