Wiley,
Friends and I have made good use of airbnb...

https://www.airbnb.com/s/San-Diego--CA

Photos, owner info and reviews are included. Betcha a long-term rental would come with a discount. Best wishes and get well real soon.

If you don't mind staying in a small camper, I MIGHT have a spot for you with someone I know.

What part of San Diego would you like to be in or near? That may help narrow down the searching... I hope a Nomad has a good lead for you!

I wish you the very best, dear friend Comitan. So sorry to hear of this challenge in your life. I'm pleased that your wife Baja Dove will be by your side.

Perhaps the treatment center human resources department has referrals for temporary housing. Other option might be a motel chain that has monthly rates on mini-suites. Campland on the Bay in Mission Bay sometimes has rentals, too.

Please keep us posted. Love you, Mulegena

Sad Diego

I recently had surgery in San Diego. We have a 26ft M.H. and stay at the Sun Land Resort. they have several locations in San Diego and are pet friendly. The space rent is 600 a month and the one we stay at is on E. Main in El Cajon very nice place and a friendly management team.
We have found that space rent and being pet friendly it's the cheapest way for us.
Good Luck with The Chemo.
