Mexico Crime Statistics


Here is a government website that has well assembled Mexican crime statistics for each state. It is in English. Not comprehensive, but it hits the highlights.

As with all crime statistics, it is the trend that is usually more accurate than the actual numbers. Interesting viewing.

Funny, this week's Zeta has a back page ad from the BCS PGJE (that's the Attorney General of Baja Sur for those of you who don't play "sopa de letras") crowing about how you can live safely in BCS because there have been zero kidnappings in the state.
