BUT, they all don't travel at the same speed... so slower traffic needs to allow faster traffic to move on by them safely.

drivers must “slow to a speed that is reasonable and prudent” and only pass when the cyclist will not be endangered.

why? what's the rush? here's a novel idea: perhaps the faster vehicle can slow down for the slower vehicle, eh?

This started out about driving in MEXICO, now we are trying to extend U.S. Laws on another country? I live here and love it here because of the differences in laws from the U.S. I can still be a moral, thinking person without the laws!! Common since dictates that riding a bicycle on Mexican roads is at best dangerous!!!! If we continue to try to move everything from there to here we may as well stay there, and save these wonderful people the grief we have there!!!!!

Happy Trails

Watch your thoughts; They become words.
Watch your words; They become actions.
Watch your actions; They become habits.
Watch your habits; They become character.
Watch your character, for it becomes your Destiny

try this thought hit the brakes when you see a bicycle
let your thought become action

Not sure what part of earth you call home, Joe, but if you ever drove from US side Tecate to Chula Vista, over Otay Lakes Road on a weekend, you would most certainly have a more rounded opinion of who belongs where. The bicyclists are, in many cases, an arrogant hazard to other vehicle traffic.

DENNIS
join the fight to save lives
get a David or a barry to drive nice
might save your granddaughters live if you join the fight against bad drivers

DENNIS
join in and educate some bad drivers
biggest problema
they think it is their personal road
get them to think it is everyones road
stop the killing and save a life
hit the brakes when you see a bicycle

Dennis you need a reason to exist, make that reason to save a life the life of a cyclist

 I thought that dog looked familiar! if I was to choose a side here i'd be pro-bicyclist. but anti-jackazz. now that joe has said the exact same thing here well over fourty times, lets take a look back when roverjoe was advocating a two post per day limit, and a little doug rant to top it off. joe I think you've surpassed your 2 post limit, change of heart:?:
this from mister rover:

This is the train of thought that drives legitimate people away. With no effective leader ship Baja Nomads will continue to collect mentally challenged people who are no longer allowed to post on other web sites. People with abnormal brain chemistry can not be talked to or reasoned with..

Doug
Since you have given up on policing your web page ...
pass the baton to someone else.
create a 2 post per day limit for each computer, (not log in name.) The nomads will surely take up a collection to pay some to fix this page if you don't want to do it your self.
