know all about it. CFE is getting into solar BIG TIME. We have connections with a new panel mfgr set up brand new plant in Hermosillo. the La Paz
utility scale grid system is phased to become 10 megs of power. That's 10 million watts of generation. They are now into rebates, incentives etc like
USA. Grid tie is available.

It's already there. Visited the site two weeks ago for a tour. 300 acres, panels track the sun. It is the largest solar in Latin America. It is
functioning now. Top notch operation. Drive out Fojadores towards Todos Santos to the car wash with the wavy roof just outside La Paz. Turn right
on dirt road, turn right on second dirt road and you will run into it. Supposedly provides about 60% of La Paz electricity, but is connected to the
grid.

Yes indeed! So here is a Bing image of the area shown on the link... and there is nothing there when the photo was taken... so the project is pretty
new:

The vast majority of panels come from China, unfortunately for the rest of the world. There are still some manufacturers in the US and Germany, no too
many. With (expected?) German investments, could be German panels.
