How to ship a box from Tijuana
Our Nomad buddy Woody is doing me a big favor by receiving then putting a box on the bus in TJ for me to receive in Vizcaino this weekend.
My experience riding the bus from there started at the depot right at the border, and if it were me I guess I would go there and ask questions. Has
anyone done this? Any advice to prevent what would only be a VERY inconvenient loss? No monetary value inside. I'm going to ask Woody to put my
Mexican phone number on the box.

Do you have Bajapack? I know they are in Ensenada.
We ship all our books with them. They have insurance that is reasonable. I have only good things to say about the service.

I was just on their site, do they have a drop-off location in TJ? I don't have an account.

Baja Pack is the way to go...make sure they send you the package tracking number so you can pick it up. Juan is coming to Gn on the 15th if you want
to get it sent to GN.

Send it ocurre and you pick it up at the bus station.
Shari is right, get the número de guia, also take an ID, and supply your phone number if you have one.

I'm all for using Baja Pack. I'm in no position to open an account, and they won't pick up in San Diego anyway, right. So Woody is going to have to be
able to walk in and pay cash to send it on it's way.
Villa...could you call the Tijuana office and confirm that this could be done this Saturday? It would also be good to know the approximate transit
time.
I expect Woody to chime-in any time with his input.
Thanks for all the info.

Likinbaja, I don't think the package is in San Diego yet. I'd love to get Woody off the hook for a trip into the city, but it may not happen unless
you meant 6:30 Saturday. Clearly you don't. I appreciate the offer.
Give Shari a hug for me. She checked-in from GN today on the phone and the Whale Magic Team is looking forward to your visit.
