Windshield Replacement

We got a pretty good shatter on our 2004 Toyota 4Runner front windshield. Does anyone know a reliable place to get it replaced in La Paz or Cabo area? We are currently in Todos Santos and either location would work. Thanks for you help.

Tod, sorry I can't recommend a name or number...but can verify that it CAN be done. Lots of Toyota parts & repair available. Any good mechanic will know how to get one. Wish I could help more, but someone will chime in with a particular shop.

I had a windshield replaced on my 2500Ram Dodge and it was actually cheaper in La Paz than in the US. Good luck.

I do what the voices in my tackle box tell me.

Crimex is on the same side of the carretera as the big Telcel store but closer to the airport

I am trying to picture where the big Telcel store is? Any other landmarks or hints that might help me? I've probably gone by it a bunch of times but just not noted it.

Thank you!

Telcel-On your way away from town, just past baseball stadium(on your right) and before the pedestrian over walk, across from the school(painted green). It is between the two traffic lights..one before baseball stadium the other before Los Claros taco stand...as a matter of fact Crimex is right across from Los Claros.
Hope this help
I agree with Pompano...cheaper than the states!

Thanks Baja Judy for directions.

Anyone know where one is in La Paz as well in case we are heading that direction to eat at Bismark!

Tod,
We are in Tripui, Loreto. We make it down 4 times a year. Drive twice. We have a full service glass store in Grass valley, Ca. If you can wait tell April I can bring down a windshield for you and install. We do insurance claims Billings also. Sun screens and custom heavy showers.

custom heavy showers are 3/8" inch glass custom cut to fit your custom built shower stall door - not the off-the-shelf cheap stuff at Home Depot with flimsy metal.
