For walk-outs, yes. Very old INS office :biggrin:

Just go past the McDonalds and walk by the turnstile. The office is on the right.

There would be no need for the Old Imm Office at
the old walkin into TJ to be operational, that area
has been closed to foot traffic. As posted, the new
ped crossing is located on the East side, have walked
thru it a couple times, you go thru turnstiles, and there
is what appears to be a temp Mex Customs/Immigration
office. There is a new large bldg. being built which will
house Mex Imm. There was a post here a few days back,
a guy that got an fmm at this New Office reported there
was no bank teller to pay the fee, didn't say if there
was one there and it was closed or not
