How does the old saying go if you have to ask you probably can't afford it. In this case it's true . As to the exact price I don't know. couldn't
resist a chance to poke a little fun.

Reminds me of the guy who asked how much insurance for a corvette.

I always wanted a new Corvette so in 1985 I went to the dealer in Elk Grove and picked one out. The sales staff was trying to high pressure me into
signing a contract and I put them off long enough to call my insurance man and when he told me the ins. would be 2,500 a year. I replied but I am 45
years old, he said you better be glad you aren't 25. I really looked good in the new step side I bought instead.

I don't know anyone who buys premium, but I'll look later today.
In the meantime, Magna here is 12.59 per liter. That will again go up at the first of the month. For example, last month it was 12.10 per liter.
The Dollar/Peso is now 13.03 to one. You'll have to do the math.

It was something like 12.83 when I checked Dennis.
You GOTTA move south of the Eagle and start getting get some AUTHENTIC made in Mexico Mini-Sin gasolina. The stuff you get up there is California
gasoline minus the monkey-business.
By the way they just did a study on Corn fuel and found it pollutes worse and contributes to Global Gore worse than straight gasoline. (Associated
DePress)
Enjoy your ten dollar a pound steaks up there in the USA you poor devils. Your 22 miles per gallon instead of 26 is helping to drive up beef prices.
Here is the Corn/Gasohol briber's address in Wahingmachine DC a mere 09 minutes from both houses of the legislature. And shucks you thought MEXICAN
politicians could be bought...

Interesting that diesel is cheaper than premium in Mexico. It is significantly more expensive than high test here in New England. I'm guessing that
part of the reason is the high demand for heating oil.

I think he was giving the Magna liter price for his area:

I have never understood the preoccupation with gas prices in Mexico, especially with those folks who are just traveling on vacation. Who gives a
mierda? If you are on vacation, you have to know that you are going to pay for everything.
The bottom line is that people with no other interest in gasoline prices other than making a tidy profit manipulate prices for the only reason- to put
cash in their own pockets. They call themselves commodity traders,

Gentlemen of BajaNomad,
No one else but me tries to understand how much cash to have on hand or how much things will cost, like maybe the three elements of a trip down Baja,
like food, gas, and hotels? This question was asked just to plan how much to expect have on hand, no political or other nefarious purpose was behind
my question.
Isn't that this forum is for, to create a place in which those with experience and knowledge share with those without? Lighten up Francis, all y'all.
Ciao, Will Pizz

Because no one cares. They/we don't care because everybody has a different scale and different means. Some travel only few hundred miles and don't
need a hotel. Some bring their own food and don't buy any, and a portable propane stove can do pretty much all that you need. Some people use ATM -
duh...
