Woh, that's about time, they caught him.
Wonder what is going to happen to his beach resort and boutique hotel.

 From what I understand, the
Pescadero ejido now owns the hotel, so I suspect that it will end up as an abandoned shell.| Quote: | | Originally posted by Leo Woh, that's about time, they caught him.

I believe the majority of his transgressions were commited in Oregon. Real Estate/Construction fraud. Tho no angel, he pales in comparison to the
other guy. Los Cerritos Hacienda. Roger Pollock. Google them both. Sadly, some other Rich Guys will take over and legally exploit its beauty.
One of the most beautiful beaches in BCS at one time. Tio

The other guy will fall too. Just a matter of time. He and Pollock will receive their just karma.
 I assure you!

Looked at the websites, look like nice places, why the nomads complaining about him? Re name creativity, a bit out of place, but so what?

He threatens people, doesn't pay his contractors, encroached on and tried to steal other's land, and is a
general dick. The Hacienda encroaches on ejido land and the federal zone, and he built 2 units of the surf colony on lots that didn't belong to him,
the owner spent years and thousands in legal fees to retrieve his property. He has also been accused in Oregon of drugging women, bank fraud, and
threatening witnesses. Other than that, I'm sure he's a real sweet guy.| Quote: | | Originally posted by mtgoat666

 No, but that combined with
what I know from people who have had the misfortune of dealing with him does.| Quote: | | Originally posted by lencho

I'm not defending the guy, but does being accused make someone a bad person?
