Someone talk to Ivan Stewart. I believe he owns the large white structure on the other side of the inlet. Great diving by the Snoopy rock. The little
guy at the gate only charged several 3$ for the day. The houses and amenities are very spartan. There is a property on the road there that started a
building, planted palms, installing a well and was flying a diving flag. El Sacraficio is a good place to stay and they are on the web.

Ivan Stewart does not own the big hacienda, the owner of Punta Final does.

The little guy at the gate?

Charged several $3 what to get in?

.....^^....I hope that house isn't as close to that hill as it looks!...it wouldn't take much of a 'shaker' to bring a large section down!

 What is an Amparo?
And how does filing one in a federal court make the evictions illegal?

 Exactly, do your research.
It's all filed in the courts.
Whole lot of this and that's going on here.

Article 25 contained the heart of amparo. It said: “The Courts of the Federation will protect [amparán] any inhabitant of the Republic in his exercise
and conservation of those rights conceded to him by the Constitution and the constitutional laws, against all assaults of the Legislative and
Executive Branches, on the federal as well as the state levels . . .”

Does this mean that by the Constitution and constitutional laws it is the right of the inhabitant to refuse to pay rent?

I really don't understand what they filed.
Are they saying their rights, by the Constitution and constitutional law, include not having to pay rent?

Wow, I read all of this and the only thing that sticks in my brain is the pic of the fat guy and Frank (Soulpatch) imagining him naked...this is sad,
very sad!

I don't the tactic of raising lease rates that high and throwing tenants' belongings out will do much for the reputation of the owner/landlord. The
high rates and manner of doing business will not serve him well. Punta Final is far off the beaten path - even with the new asphalt - still a long
haul from anywhere. Why go there when so many other choices in Baja California? What a horse's a
