Beautiful lot on a hillside with an unobstructed ocean view and lights of Ensenada

Hello everyone! - First let me start off by saying that this community is incredible and helped me through a very difficult time after I lost my father who retired in Mexico. Without the help of you fine folks, I would have been lost when I needed it the most, so THANK YOU!

OK, on to the property!

Last year, I inherited some property from my Father and I am selling it. It is located in one of the very best areas of Ensenada and has beautiful views of the ocean.

I believe it is the only gated type of community anywhere in the area and has an American like homeowners association. There are million dollar homes in the community and this is a lot where you can build your dream retirement home, or heck even a tiny home if you want.

We have dropped the price a lot and are motivated to sell the property. Please let me know if you have any interest.

I have an English speaking real estate agent who will be happy to show you the lot at any time.

Here is a link with photos and all information about the property.

This is a great opportunity if you are looking to move to this area. You have the ability to build the home you want and have a steal of a deal on the land.

Cibola is a classy area. The developer, Jean Loup Bitterlin, is an architect as well as part of the family that owns El Rey Sol in Ensenada.

Bruce, if you are northbound on Hwy 1 in San Miguel, just before you get to the new diversion to the free road, on the hill to your right

DENNIS, Von, wessongroup - Thank you for the comments. It is really beautiful there. We have though long and hard about just building a house and moving there. Super early retirement and just running an internet business or something drinking Margaritas.

Hopefully we can find someone that wants to do just that and do it much earlier than we can. I still got to get my kid through college! :)
