you mean bullet train, eh?

funny how they think of it after 100's of miles of widening, that if they only added another 3 feet on each side, would have done the trick! i mean, in the widened ares if every one would pull their collective heads out of their nalgas and pull to the right when someone is coming up fast in the rearview mirror, instead of holding their ground in the new WIDE lane, we'd all get to our destination with a manageable blood pressure.

All that new work on Hwy. 1 and 5 just to make bike lanes! Woody is right again... a little more width and you have a four lane road for safe passing anywhere!

At the bottom of the official proposal for widening the carretera to four lanes was an assessment of when this might happen........
