It is foggy and a handful of Centigrade degrees above zero in my neck of the woods up here today. Yesterday was a gorgeous sunny day and I was out
along my favourite river canyon for a drive...

Parts of this road are sandy and bits of it remind me of Baja roads....so I was having a great day,,,

Nursing my coffee this morning, I was following my ritual of perusing the witty, kind, informative, and inspiring comments handed over daily to Baja
Nomads by their brethren.

DT Bushpilot (ask him how he came up with that moniker sometime
  )
suggested a Chicken Coop Platoon soiree sometime....and then someone added the notion of a T-shirt.
And then someone (Bajaboy ?) said his kids wanted a hoodie with any such design (yet to be submitted by David Ingestagator).

I think BB's kids are just a few years out of diapers......their getting a memorial to the Coop's valiant campaign is kinda like starbuck yuppie
touting a Che t-shirt.

WTF happened to the good ol'days when a t-shirt meant something????

Oh, well.....others have added the coup de grace by offering rib recipes.....

So....maybe it is all well in the universe.

P.S. DT says he has "chicken legs", so it appears that he has two claims to wanting a Chicken Coop t-shirt....who am I to question such a suggestion:

David, if you host a Coop party, I will likely have to miss it as it might be two years before I get south again....will you be making pizza ....
scarves required ? ....

Didn't DK already tell you he's #2 here (and if you don't know, just ask him), so where do you really lie on the Chain Of Command? Just asking.

 Motoged,

I expected you'd have snow on the ground. Is this year unusual or?

That picture was taken in the summer....however, we have had mild weather lately and there was no snow in that area except on the hill/mountain
tops....very little snowpack in this region this winter so far.

I, too, tried to copy and paste 2 articles on this latest mishap. For some reason I could not post the LA news article or another article from a
different source???
