 Winston Rollins Brook "Rolly Brook" (08-20-1931 to 02-25-2015)         passed away on Wednesday evening.

 Really, the #1 authority on many things legal in Mexico, with respect to ex-pats.
 
 I realized that when I went to an INM office and asked about extending my All of Mexico vehicle permit. The clerk immediately went to a computer and
printed out a "what-to-do" post.........from the Rollybrook website.
 
 Even officialdom in Mexico was using him as an authority.

 What a loss! The deeper you get into the website, the more you realize that his perceptive awareness of the reality of modern Mexico is almost
breathtaking. This reads more like the book on practically every aspect of Mexico that a newbie or veteran American long term visitor would want.
Plus, a great pizole recipe I'm going to try.
 
 I wish that we could have met.
