Distance to Tijuana Border Crossing to Playas de Rosarito

Okay, you need to pay attention. Maybe even do some math.
How many of you have noticed this series of three signs when driving south on the "scenic" (toll) road from Tijuana to Rosarito Beach?

Image 1 ... the toll booth
Image 2 ... Rosarito Beach 18 Km (immediately after the toll booth)
Image 3 ... Rosarito Beach 20 Km (2 Km after the previous sign)
Image 4 ... Rosarito Beach 12 Km (4 Km after the previous sign)

??? :P :o :?:

The Toll Booth

Rosarito Beach 18 Km (immediately after the toll booth)

Rosarito Beach 20 Km (2 Km after the previous sign)

Rosarito Beach 12 Km (4 Km after the previous sign)
