A) Are limited to 130 pixels wide and 150 pixels tall. Anything more, and it won't appear. The "disappearing" avatar may have been one too wide/tall
upon an edit, and the link disappeared from the profile on that update.
B) Yes, I've added avatars for some people along the way. No one else is able to access your user space without your password.

Well, we have a cabover camper and this is the closest I could find. Just squint your eyes a bit and you will see a cabover camper..... ahhahahhahaa

I guess you can. I don't know if .jpg files are accepted but when you convert to a .gif file you lose mucho resolution .
