Oh man...just hit it again yesterday on the way home.
Some of the things that really set El Trailero apart include:
-clean bathrooms and parking in the back
-a tacos al pastor station
-an adobada station
-a carne asada station
-a fish taco station
-a cocteles de marisco station
You just move from spot to spot at the counter and order that spot's specialty.
My bro was touting something called a mulito.
This is a very hard place to pass by.

I have enjoyed all of those there except the al pastor. And I love al pastor. But it was very fatty the two times I tried it.

Please tell me the difference between tacos al pastor and tacos adobada. I'm confused now. :(
Thanks,
Bob H

The SAME boiling water that softens the potato hardens the egg. It's about what you are made of NOT the circumstance.
