I was there earlier this month. We were told by a member of the ejido that the permanent structures are going because the ejido figures they can make
more money selling stuff to travellers. The long termers were described as being, well, shall we say, very thrifty.
I dunno.
Looks to me like the water, power, and sewer infrastructure isn't there so any big development would be a Fonatur type project. Maybe another Loreto
Bay. I read today that Citicorp just put up a lot of money for that project.
I found my new secret spot in the area. It's very nice. I ain't telling.

Cement floors, block, rock, and wood strutures. Running water, sewer, microwaves, dishwashers, TV. Internet ect. are the same ones that had them at
Santispac. Nothing new about that.

Much better construction than on Santispac. And when I say running water and sewer, I mean large pila for all ( pvc buried in ground ) No more blue
boys, full sewer lines in ground with septic system.
Substandard .

Most of the people I knew didn't even own a blue boy. It went straight to their so called septic in the ground. Should have moved to Cayote when we
had the chance.
