You can obtain all the forms and information you need from the Mexican Consulate office in San Diego, or I can highly recommend a person in Ensenada 4 or 5 of us use for all Immigration matters who is excellent. Her name is Blanca Medina and she will handle everything for you. There will be certain documents you must provide to her, but she's terrific and speaks darned good English. Let me know if you want to contact her.
