I am well aware of the scientific criteria - especially if I expect to publish these results in a peer-reviewed forum such as BajaNomad.

At first I thought you were referring to the doctor friend - the outside variable. But, I was able to read further and determine that you are rigorously trained, and know all the obvious pitfalls that await the dedicated amateur.

No worries there, Mate - I'm a professional. I am considering not only controls, but perhaps, a double blind test. Doesn't that make the most sense considering my prejudiced state of mind?

Did you publish your experiments or are your notes still in rough-draft form?
