I found out El Yaqui has a myspace page.

http://www.myspace.com/tacoselyaqui

It says they are having some legal problems with their location and have moved back to the old location across the street in the interim.

Fake Yaqui's

He had problems with who rented him the property.

Yaqui's stop the payments of the property rent and the owner tooked it back. The land owner is using the same building selling Perrones.

The Real Yaquis moved to the next corner.

So the new "owner" would have been the one serving horsemeat (if true at all), not the real Taco El Yaqui- which has now moved across the street? Can you ask him if he serves horse? Just in case... and tell him to go take down or cover his sign. The guy's killing his reputation. It does seem like a problem businesses and renters alike deal with a lot- unreasonable landlords.

Nobody is stopping you from telling Yaqui, except you. If you are the one who knows about the horse incident and now you assert it is killing his reputation, being a fellow Playas de Rosarito resident, you should be the one who tells Yaqui.

Ever been to a rodeo Paulina? the bulls might not be smart but some are extremely athletic and talented at throwing off cowboys, but then again if I had that thing strapped around my boys I'd be pretty good at dancing around:O

I dropped by on Saturday. I had to drive past the old driveway to their new place on the other corner and I paused to look. Their "parking attendant" was VERY animated in his attempts to get me to pull in.

The new place was not very busy, and it really looks like it was slapped together in a hurry, but the tacos were excellent. The meat is grilled up right next to where we stand in line and smelled wonderful but my Spanish skills are not good enough to start a conversation with..."RUMOR on the internet has it that you're grilling up horse meat." Si o no? :o

I've been to a few. Participated in one (not really).

If you call hitching a ride while roping a bull participating. I was having fun.

If those bulls were really smart they wouldn't let them tie anything around their boys in the first place.

Just kidding.

There are some beautiful bulls out there.
