Thanks Curt... I am listening to the Weatherman (6:46 pm) and so many are aeeking data from him... A major silt bed next to Diablo Dry Lake (RM
223-229 or there abouts) is swallowing some racers!

7:05 If 1x Robby Bell and 12x Kendall Norman are only 1 minute apart, Honda will claim the Baja 1000 victory.

Andy is getting near the beach, south of Erendira... and Robby Gordon is still behind about 15 miles at Hwy. 1 (south of San Vicente).
Thanks Edguero for explaing the two 'trucks' on the screen being one truck with two trackers!

Robby is still in the pits, and about to lose his 2nd place position as other Trophy Trucks are coming out of the mountains.
While being shorter than typical Baja 1000s, the rougher conditions are really eating up the race cars today... many breakdowns...

Okay, Robby is back in the race, but Rick Johnson is in 2nd position... Young Andy McMillin is way in the lead, now going through Erendira at 10:10pm.

Well, Andy McMillin is just 100 miles from the finish, and in the lead by over 10 miles from second position Rick Johnson... Roger Norman is in 3rd,
Robby is in 4th.
I am crashing... see you all in the morning!

The motocycles and atvs were not required by SCORE to carrry IRC tracking devices..Only recorders were mounted on them for the race to be checked
later.
The two bikes you are seeing were sponsored by BFG tires, and they paid extra to track them for the media.
In the past they lost a lot of these devices on the bikes, so this was SCORE's decesion.

Good Morning Kris!
I just looked at the tracking map and see some Class 11 cars passing by BajaLou's place (near San Felipe at 5:51am)... and some Trophy Trucks still
running. Must have been a hard race!

Yah, I wish the Internet connection or those web sites were more consistant... Heard the Weatherman on and off, but was good when it was on... Saw
some live video at the finish line, but not always... Oh well... If I REALLY wanted to see it, and could, I would have gone! Was working in Vista and
Carlsbad instead... and it is good to have work!
NOTE: The race is running right now, and for most is far from being over!
