That's four. "North" means Canada...right?

Aren't there any more reports or critiques on The Border Wars feature?" I am interested in your opinions. |
Tony, I started watching the program on MrBills tip but it was lame BS sensationalism as is so typical on TV these days.
They showed some large drug stashes uncovered in cars driving across the U.S. border. Problem is these cars are usually driven by stupid chumps hired
for $100 bucks to drive it across so there is no significant evil person captured.
Then they show the poor bas***ds walking through the desert that are nearly dead from excessive heat and are very generously rescued by US troops. It
is a very sad sight and you can see and hear how affected the rescuers are by the very sad situation.
Then they show a group of illegals captured that include a couple of cute young girls being smuggled up North to be with their parents. The narrator
goes on and on in an ominous tone how they could be slaves even sex slaves imprisoned in dungeons for years. Unbelievable!
They interview the man who has been hired to take the little girls to New York and he seems like a kind and descent man like we all know.
Total crap TV show - (in my opinion)

So what exactly do I have to do to block my ISP?
Thanks!

Just down load this application from this site and install on your PC
http://www.hotspotshield.com/
Once installed you have the option to "connect"
In the connection process another IP is put identifying your as being not in "where ever".. the program at the other end and not then determine "where
you are".. therefore "your not in mx" and can see Netflix or Hulu or many other programs which will "block" you while you are outside the US
Good luck.. did not hear back from Toneart.. but, I watching it.. along with Hulu, Netflix and others.. with no problem..
Mac Powerbook, 2.4 GHZ intel core 2 duo 4 gb ram with Norton AntiVirus... and no problems so far..
Again, I should go back and find the post from the individual who turned me on to it... He/she was a Nomad ....
Thanks to them again...

Not sure I have an opinion on seeing the amount of effort used to stop the movement of "drugs" across the desert areas and the poor people attempting
to make it up to the States.
I was however amazed at the amount of men and materials which are being used to established a "wall" all the way from Pacific Ocean to the Gulf of
Mexico.
I'm pleased to see that the Government is at least smart enough to use the "folks" who have lived in the area for a few thousand years as trackers..
their effectiveness is evident..
When some of the trackers, expressed their concerns about coming up on "anyone" out there made an impression on me.. as they stated one could not rely
on the fact that you could not rely that "ANYONE" found out there was not tied into the drug trade.. and that the individual encountered would be more
heavily armed then the Native American's used as trackers.. and must say... the trackers, never once brought up a concern that someone would be
"chucking rocks" as a means of over coming them (the trackers).
The movement of folks from outside their borders for a better live is an issue that ALL nations face... have friend that live in Denmark, Holland and
France.. and all of those Countries are getting a bit overrun also and are not happy with the results.. from many aspects.. One aspect which they are
not happy with is "cultural".. as the peoples who come, wish to retain their cultural identities, which at this time is Muslim..
It has started changing the face of Europe, and many are not happy with the change..
The change is effected though existing laws on the books, which allow for petition of redress through the courts for: expression of religious beliefs,
language and man other issues which effectively changes the overall "identity and look" of many Cities and towns in Europe...
Believe, that Bridgett Bardo has been "censored" for her statement about the "changes" which are impacting the overall "culture" of France.. there are
other examples.
But, as to the movement from South of the Border, I certainly don't limit the movement to just Mexican people..
Our border has always been an easy one to cross, up till now...
And I think that our last "wake up call" was the amount of folks that came across over the past say 15-10 years.
Some had put the numbers at 20 million folks who have come here (U.S) to try and make a better life.
Used to be Ellis Island, which was the main entry for folks coming to the States...
Now there is not just one point of entry, and coupled with business owners who will look for the cheapest worker... well, then your not going to stop
someone who has no work nor any future of getting one from "shooting" for the stars
If it was me... I would most likely make a try..
I would not however, start a fight over getting caught... I would take the air-conditioned ride back to the drop point and then start back over again,
once I had made the necessary arrangements as they are not going away
This really comes down to money... folks are able to get things done in the States cheaper by using these folks, the down side of that is you have a
lot more folks in the States who are then using Public Health Services, and others and their taxable contribution is not on par with the U S citizen
which means the citizen has to pay their share ..... which would not appear fair on the surface
An after thought.. I was a little struck my the situation the Native American's were face with, being in "middle" ground.. the one "tracker" who
shared that his brother was in jail, his two sisters in recovery and the reality of what they on the "Res" faced by the smugglers.. either help or you
and your family die.. now that is a hard one..
as stated before, I'm no speller or writer.. this is the best

Errant Comma
I'm surprised that the Comma Catcher didn't catch my incorrect spelling of Greta's name, but I corrected both.
I'm not used to writing her name since I usually refer to her as Van Sustical.
As far as the Nat Geo series being crap, we do know that Crap is in the Eye (or Butt) of the Beholder.
Nobody said it was going to win any awards. It's just a "Cops" versus theWets show. It would be better if they had some shootouts, but that's
probably hard to organize with the cameras and all.

Thank you all for the reports. Interesting takes from different (some predictable) points of view.
Wesson- I'm sorry I didn't get back to you regarding your IP Blocker info. The reason is because I am not in Baja right now. I have bookmarked the
info and will try it when I need to block (in Baja) in order to receive transmissions from the U.S.
Thank you for the information. I think a lot of people will benefit.
