Took a drive down today to see just how far the pavement does go.

It ends at this location.

where the arrow is - and it just ends there with a 15 foot drop. It is marked with some rocks and stands a 1/2 mile back for you to turn left off the pavement, then again it is signed "Terminal 200m".

There is no "under construction" portion, it is all completed to this point. Looks as if this is where the contract ended,it is paved, striped and gutters right to this point.

If you go beyond the detour sign, pay attention.

Edit to say you'll have to copy and paste the link in it's entirety to get the location.

Thanks Lou... so it goes a bit past El Huerfanito... but no graded roadbase past the end of pavement!??
