To the best of my knowledge, they will issue
a free 7 day fmm, tell them you need
it for your Mex Auto Ins to be valid.
I understand if a bank teller is not
available at entry point, IMM will issue
an fmm, you then pay at any bank,
your reciept then serves as validation
for your fmm
