i wouldn't recommend it boys. not on the way south. save that nugget for when you're packing to go home. that way you have an out. you can always say the stress of driving north caused your lapse in judgment....

We are leaving tomorrow come hell or high rain waters.

I can't think of a better excuse to miss work come January than being "rained out" in Baja.

We had about enough rain last night to water the flowers and it's been cloudy most of today, but now the sun is trying to break through and I have no idea what it's going to do later.
Not much sense in being concerned about it, I guess.

i'm fighting the urge to run to home depot. it will rain for sure once i load the plywood and roll roofing materials into the truck, so i won't go..... until next friday.

We are in La Bocana now. The detour area was great, much less dirt than 5 weeks ago. No rain in that area, there was even some dust flying.
