BARRILES (one L)

An easy way to remember if you double the Ls is that LL in Spanish makes a Y sound in English. Tortilla, amarilla, etc.

Lupe Diaz is alive and well and still making and repairing pangas in Los Barriles. At least he was the other day when I saw him driving his pickup. I think he is no longer with the Vanwormers. The shop is not real busy with the crappy economy.
It is now "L Diaz Pangas"

Thanks to all for the infos.

This panga has hardly been used. The Baja Mar hotel in Loreto owned it first I think and sold it to a rancher in Insurgentes who used it once a year for an 8 day fishing trip to Ligui.

No patches or repairs. We are lucky.
