Diana - it was indeed and now we have a new designated pet friendly room.

Tio - all the money I get from school goes right back into supplies for the school. The real money guy is Les !!!!!! smartest man I know when it comes to planning our retirement.

:light::light:

back to the original thread ...$25K sounds like a real good deal for that pretty view, Shari !! and the whole community feel that Asuncion has ....

Disclosure? Mikey and the quads are a bit of a nuisance. When I was there they were a bit obnoxious if you were in the campground there was some noise and dust. I don't think this is a full time problem or something a wall/fence couldn't solve. A used trailer would cost you $10 to $15,000. Tio

Full disclosure? Neighbors are hard to describe, no. When I was there in summer Mikey was a bit Obnoxious with all the quads, etc. Just saying.. Nothing a Good Neighbor Wall might take care of. Jus saying... Good deal in a Pueblo Magico! Tio

OK folks, I'm lowering the price again to $20K. This price is only good if it closes by June 15, 2012 for various reasons.
