It's a neat place. If you've got the $$ and don't mind the cost of rebuilding/cleanup every now and then, go for it. :P

I had a place in the river bottom for 26 years. 3 Floods, 3 stinky cleanups, no mas...Moved to the ridge top, in Loma Azul...
