Now, because I know how much it has been driving you crazy...
The photo I posted above...
is the first site ruins of Mission Santo Tomás! That's all that is left... it (and the other two Santo Tomás) sites has not had any help from INAH
because the land owner won't allow it and has some kind of connection that normally would allow INAH authority to protect or rebuild the missions.

Bryan, our paths must have been close to passing each other going North. We saw this Bentley at the military check point he was going South, that
sweet swagger mobile just kind of stood out LOL among all the Baja1000 vehicles!

The Highway 5 shortcut is going to appeal to a lot of truckers going between the mainland or Mexicali and points south! Some are not going to wait the
additional 6 years+ to finish it...
