One thing I would not do, is try to deceive SENTRI because that is an automatic DQ.

When I applied for SENTRI I answered NO to the question "have you ever been arrested" and at the interview I was told "Think very carefully about your answer to that question" and again I replied "No, I have never been arrested". Turns out that back in 1957 I appeared in court with 5 tickets in 1 month for driving a car with loud exhaust pipes and the judge sentenced me to serve a weekend in jail. Even after I went to court and had that record expunged SENTRI said that I could not reapply because I had LIED to them :fire:

That is out of control. That's not a matter of border protection, it is Gestapo nonsense. My son had something similar happen to him. He should write his elected officials and protest.

Appeal

You can file an appeal on your SENTRI denial.

I have known several people who have appealed and had the denial overturned
