These things happen.... But, you NEVER want to be between the boat and the shore when the waves come. Definitely a good way to break your legs or worse!

Amazing how the right conditions produce swells in the SOC. I've seen perfect point breaks come to life far inside the SOC from hurricane activity in the Pacific.
