This was happening to me too...................I'm known to walk down dark alleys from time to time.

Log out, then log back in.

It's like taking a shower. Should wash the OT off ya!

Turkey coma.

Heading to bed.

Mañana: Baja awaits.

It is listed with the other forums on the main Nomad forums page: http://forums.bajanomad.com/

There's a tiny photo icon in the center, and some text in the upper left: css.gif - 13kB :light:

Doug's new photo posting system isn't as easy as we need it to be?

Here's the message when I try and open it Lencho: The file you are trying to download appears corrupt. File download aborted.

[Edited on 11-30-2014 by David K]

Yeah, apparently there may be a problem with file uploads. I deleted that message, but check out "custom css in Firefox"; that will enable you to fix the color problem locally.

Fix it? I use Chrome or IE, any leads there. How hard is it for Doug to just make the text white instead of blue, as before?

Well, as I said I use Chrome, but the PC had IE on it too... came that way. I appreciate the help... looks like I need some time to figure out what to do, but Doug really needs to reset the text color the way it was for 12 years without an issue for us red/ green color blind men.

That's because, you didn't go to the OT, put in the password, of "over 18.

The only way to view the "Off Topic" OT posts in the "Today Posts," area of the main area of "Baja Nomad" is to first sign in and look at the OT posts, and then when you go back and view the "Today Posts" section in the main area, you'll also see the "Off Topic" posts.

The solution is simple, if you don't want to view the Off Topic" posts, in the "Today's Posts" area. Just don't sign into the Off Topic section, and enter the over 18 password, in the first place.

I suspect, we have a lot of closet "Off Topic" lurkers, who don't admit they read the OT area.

This thread reminds me of threads I sometimes see on this forum and other forums, where members complaint about the "ad sense" ads, and want to know way they're getting so many porn ads. They have no idea, that they're getting porn ads, because they been viewing porn in the first place, and they just outed themselves out as porn fans.

YAAAY!!! TYVM, BN... all the posts of 'color-blindness' from the blue/purple had me ne-ne-nervous that maybe I too was afflicted. I was almost ready to change brands of martini fluids when I realized it was merely a figment of my pigmental judgment, rather than octane rating.

Also, amazing how so many people complained about the OT thing, which means they were closet eavesdroppers in the first place, or it wouldn't have shown up; especially the more 'educated scholars' among BN. You'd think they'd be above it. Maddafact, they said they were. Blood-lust is an fascinating primal emotion, is it not?

burrossor. = a - ssessor.

That's what I thought; DK is mistooken. It isn't fixed yet. Any luck on that front yet? Makes for some Victor Borge-esque fun reading.

Lots of timid spectators lurking in the shadows. Very few with big enough balls to get up on a soap box and endure the hecklers in the audience.

The OT is a little like a karaoke bar.

Thank you Doug for fixing the color of the text!

Now, the next issue is how do we get the You Tube links to appear with this new upgrade... the [flash=] tags don't work?

Doug,

A thought on the youtube thing, is it possible to make a custom tag that does it? like [YT=] [/YT] for example?

Oh and thanks for the text color fix too!
