Bravo Gulliver! I too have NEVER had a clean and transparent real estate transaction thru a realtor or someone of that ilk. I was lied to or otherwise deceived in every case. I have no use for dirt pimps or dirtpimp speak. And we have plenty of that right here on this site. Buyer beware, you WILL be lied to.

When I bought a house south of Rosarito 20 years ago it was a smooth and painless process...no regrets at all...maybe it was your karma that soured your deal.....



Mexico!! Where two can live as cheaply as one.....but it costs twice as much.....
