I wonder if they mis name the 250 race to get around trademark issues with Score or???

It is the San Felipe 250 and was only once officially the Baja 250 back when the race had to be moved to Ensenada at the last minute because an ejido refused to let the race pass through. That caused so much financial pain in San Felipe, I wonder if that ejido person has been ejected from the region?
