Have I missed something amidst the squabbling regarding pictures of the place for sale....or is it still at a point where, for various reasons, pics are unavailable?

Mula,
I would love to see any San Nicholas pics you may have....I only bypassed it a few years ago on my way out from San Sebastion....U2U me a link if you can, por favor.

P.S. Hope you guys are doing well :saint:

Best of luck with the sale. Have only seen the village by boat. It's on my list to peal off and drive in there one of these days.

The road to San Nicolas is just fine now. Still gravel - but about 30 to 40 minutes to get here.

No Ken tried once to do the goat rope to post photos here and gave up. If you want photos - he has them and he will be able to e mail them to you.

Come on out!

am i being too "forward" by asking to see some fotos? worst case, it helps you sell the place!

Ditto.

Errmm, I believe there's a box on the left that says, "Image available on..." and an email address for correspondence. Are you curious as a potential buyer or just being helpful?

I know Howie is probably looking for a good investment, and always trying to be a helpful hand.

So tell me buddha, did you ever see any pictures of the place?

I'm doubting that you have.

Seems to me that you get your jollies denigrating others on this forum.

So tell me, Howie, is that why you posted this:

right here?

(For the record, this thread was from a reputable and respected realtor plying his trade on these boards in the proper format.)

Oh, and don't forget this little zinger of yours on this thread, just above ^ several posts...

I do beg an answer. Who enjoys denigrating who? I just don't enjoy hypocrites. My quote, "I know Howie is probably looking for a good investment, and always trying to be a helpful hand." was being facetious; you have no interest in this other than spreading your usual self around in your own usual way.

Thank you Mula, for filling in a small gap of maybe why there are no pictures on this post. Not everyone can, or wants to take the time to post any. An email addy was originally posted if anyone wants further info; good enough for me. Tire kickers are a pain in the a$$ and take up space and time. I wish your friend good luck on the sale, as well as his current woes... regardless of the usual Nomad 'help' like Howie.

No life, huh?

Otherwise how would you have the time to troll this site for previous posts?

I would stack my helpful posts here against yours any day.

Just do me a favor and stop bothering me. Paz.

Yes this is the house on Alfredos land and the fishing has been very good, right now the Yellowtail bite is hot and a few Amberjack are also being caught. The divers have been shooting Yellows between 20 & 35 lbs. There are 3 fishing and diving guides available with dependable boats.

I, too would like to see pictures. Can you launch a boat there? How far out from the beach is the diving/fishing? thx! About an hour drive from Loreto, or longer? How long of a drive to Mulege?

Its an hour and a half drive from Loreto and 1hr 40 min from Mulege. You can launch from the beach with 4wd. Most of the fishing /diving is at the Island (Ildefonso)or at Pulpito. Sometimes the fish can be close to the beach when there is bait fish around.

How about posting some pictures? It's not that hard and takes about 5mins. Who would consider buying a place w/o pics?

If you don't know how, just do a Google search.

No I'm not a dive master. In the orchard there are limes, lemons, pink grapefruit, oranges, mandarins, pomegranate, olives, figs, dates, plums, bananas, coconuts, tangerines, almonds, and some Mexican fruits I cannot spell. The house and palapa are surrounded by 60 palm trees that provide shade .
