The abalone are all canned here and shipped to Asia and have different quality levels. One coop uses glass jars where they can whole abalone of the highest quality, and second best are chunks of abalone...yes the prices are very high which is why hardly anybody serves them in restaurants as they are very expensive to buy locally...why would they sell them for less


I need to be careful here...Haha... just said better than last year which was a bad one. We hope it continues.. This has not been a good year for the coop.
