a. They will ask for a boa title at the border crossing.
b. I would not take that setup much offroad. It doesn't look sturdy enough.

Lose the trailer and boat, throw a kayak on top, and go anywhere in Baja.. Better/closer fishing in remote areas. No border hassle easier faster driving..

Nice rig! Hawk on a Tundra, can't beat it for Baja..

Thanks for info, but sure would like to be closer to whales. With a boat we can get to islands, whale watching, and other places pretty quick. We also have SUP's for the close in play
I heard there were place to dry land store boats half way down. Any good affordable ones?
This way we don't have to pull it all the way down and have some freedom in the rougher lower parts

Have a great trip!!

I guess I'm saying I would feel so limited towing that.. Your truck wants to go places that trailer won't.

One last bit of advice for bike4me:

Do slow down a WHOLE BUNCH after the second creek crossing south of Cataviña. The pot holes are huge and very close together on Mexico 1 for about 80 miles (the road won't clear until after the Bahia De Los Angeles turnoff). Many boat owners have broken many boat trailer springs in the area.
